Program analytics
The organization Analytics page groups issued credentials by achievement and UTC issuance month. Use the date range, achievement, and pathway filters to narrow the report, then choose Download CSV to export the same filtered rows.
Metrics
Section titled “Metrics”- Issued: credentials issued in the cohort.
- Email sent: credentials with at least one successful credential email delivery. This is an email delivery count, not proof that a recipient opened the message.
- Claimed: credentials whose holder claim link has been redeemed.
- Expired / revoked: current credential status counts for the cohort.
- Public views / shares: approximate daily aggregate events from the public credential page, social sharing, and QR download or share actions.
Views and shares are counted without names, email addresses, IP addresses, or per-recipient event histories. Public views may include automated traffic. These counts are operational indicators, not unique people or conversion attribution.
The Community report and CSV export are available to organization members who can access the workspace. Advanced funnels, referral attribution, longer retention windows, and Business reporting remain future roadmap work.
